Welcome to our online booking system called My Family Lounge

Initially, please use a PC to register and enrol rather than a mobile device.

Existing Families please SIGN IN to My Family Lounge to:

  • Review your enrolment and bookings
  • Provide updated information about your child
  • Update your contact details

New Families please REGISTER an account with My Family Lounge to join our waiting list:

You will need to follow these steps to enrol and join our waitlist:

  1. Arrange a tour by contacting our friendly staff at Gardner Farm. This can be done before or after joining our waiting list.
  2. Select the Register button below to create an account on My Family Lounge. You will be asked to set up an account with a username and password.
  3. Once you have registered you will be sent an email with a link to follow to complete your enrolment.
  4. Log in to your My Family Lounge account
  5. Click ‘new request’ under the ‘booking request’ section.
  6. Please follow the guided four step process and click ‘save’ once completed.
  7. Please make payment of the non-refundable $50 waiting list fee as part of the enrolment process where indicated
